Welcome to the 4th International Conference on Global Management Studies organized by AGMS – Association of Global Management Studies (www.association-GMS.org) to be held at the prestigious Clark Kerr Conference Center, University of California, Berkeley. This conference is supported by the International Journal Global Management Studies and International Journal of Global Management Studies Professional (www.ijgms.org and www.ijgmsq.org).

The purpose of International Conference of the Association of Global Management Studies is to provide an international forum that stimulates discussion on how do we research and understand global issues in management studies and examine emerging trends and explore future challenges. The conference will also provide opportunities for networking and collaboration amongst scholars from academia, industry and government. In addition to papers on the conference theme – Globalization, Innovation and Management Scholarship, scholars are also encouraged to submit papers on multidisciplinary research involved in the development of theoretical and practice knowledge of all business and related fields by researchers, educators and practitioners.
